New Comafer s.r.l. was founded in Pistoia in 2004 to carry out activities on Metro Madrid boogies on behalf of Ansaldobreda. Subsequently he has carried out a number of activities specializing in the field of the review of railway components.

With the intent of continuing to advance in experience and skill, the organization has never given up on expanding its know-how. Thanks to the constant commitment and experience of its collaborators, Nuova Comafer has completed a long series of important and industrial complex work and is still committed to providing performance, consulting and materials to main national and international companies.

In March 2012, it acquired a branch of LC Service, a well-known railway company for the design and construction of carts and components, revamping, maintenance and repair of rolling stock, incorporating its know-how, technical, operational personnel and specialist equipment. In doing so, it has implemented the range of products / services that it offers in an incisive manner on domestic and foreign markets.

Among the main railway activities it's important the production of assembled wheelset. With the help of the latest generation of equipment and machinery, it can carry out auditing activities on a wide range of railway wheelset.
